Shipping
Orders are normally filled within 48 hours, when receipt of payment information has been received. Shipping costs are determined by package weight, destination and method of shipment. We provide the following shipping options.
In Canada: All orders to Canadian destinations are shipped via Canada Post. A base charge of $4.50 is applied for surface Parcel Post, $8.50 for Express Post (similar to air mail). Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method, for example shipping via surface Parcel Post can take up to 3 weeks from British Columbia to Newfoundland. Closer destinations take less time.
USA: All U.S. orders are also shipped via Canada Post. A base charge of $6.85 CDN for surface Parcel Post, $9.05 CDN for air mail. Delivery time for surface Parcel Post may vary, depending on location. Air mail is generally quicker, a week or less. Also shipping time can be affected by border customs officials.
International: All international orders are shipped via Canada Post. A base charge of $7.50 CDN for surface Parcel Post, or $17.00 CDN for air mail. Delivery time for surface Parcel Post is about 3-5 weeks and 1 week for air mail.
